I think it's mainly an allusion to the ice cream advertisement for an artificial vacation paradise, because we all have it in our ears: “I'm melting away like ice in the sunshine ...” And of course there is also melting away with love. Conversely, anger or, to put it more simply, money can melt away as well. Above all, a tourist dream melts away here and the certainty that this often advertised comfortable Western-style sun paradise vacation can be maintained.
