Is it not the fact that a large number of people from UP-Bihar go away every year in search of employment? Is it not true that a large population in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh has become people of UP-Bihar? Is it not true that in almost every country of the country, North Indian workers do not work in every city? Is this class not being given priority in factories and factories due to working in cheap labor and less money?
