It is a highly symbolic gift: during a meeting in Washington, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu presented the US President with a golden pager. The gift is intended to commemorate an operation in Lebanon on September 17, 2024, in which thousands of pagers belonging to members of the Iranian-backed terrorist militia Hezbollah exploded simultaneously.
