Hi Carol!
This is a great cartoon. I'm an instructional designer at a Bible College and one of my subject matter experts has found your cartoon and would like to use it in a course on economics in healthcare. It would be embedded in our online course and discussed by our students. I'm wondering if you might grant your permission for us to use it, attributing credit to you, of course? Thanks for considering!

For those unfamiliar with American slang, "fishy" means suspicious or doubtful.
