Face to face: Homo artificialis meets his predecessor, Homo sapiens. The magnificent cartoon by artist Hamit Giş seems to demonstrate how the new species desperately tries to perceive its own mirror image. But with tears in his eyes, the artificial human is forced to realize that, as a pure construction, he has inherited nothing of the unconstrained naturalness of extinct humanity. Tears? Yes, the new one shows emotions, because he mourns the old world with affection. Hamit Giş has succeeded in creating an epochal cartoon! Congratulations!
