Alexandru Pesamosca (born 14 March 1930, Constanţa, Romania – died 1 September 2011, Bucharest, Romania) was a Romanian surgeon and pediatrician, medic at the Marie Sklodovska-Curie (former Budimex) Hospital in Bucharest, Romania. He was the leading surgeon of over 50,000 medical operations on children at this hospital, other medical facilities in Romania and outside the country.
