It is no miracle, that Bernard Bouton from France manages to gain new aspects from the different disciplines of the Olympic Games. It is all martial arts, so his thesis, whether it is baseball, basketball, football, boxing, fencing or shooting. But the opponent is always the same: the Magna Carta of human rights, which is being kicked, shot, stabbed or simply thrown in the waste (paper) basket. The fact that these are the official icons of the organising sports officials from China shows the flexibility of sports icons. Depending on the political situation and the ruling system, they are charged with semantic contents in stark contrast to the official reading - here the fundamental peaceful idea of the Olympic Games.

well for all you racist people, the Olymic games in China was AMAZING. and what do you mean that china keeps using weapons. WTH?! I think you're not getting your facts straight. You don't see Chinese armed with a gun walking down the streets or hidden guns at their home. They're not the ones armed Americans are. And which country is distrupting the peace of Iraq homes? You guys are just blind up to the point that you can't even see that your own country is corrupted. So before you start posting up pictures you don't even understand, just think of your own country and then decide if you have ANY rights to critisize other countries

Wonderful idea - makes the point exceedingly well.

It would be great to have one that's also translated to Chinese - just in case anyone in their government doesn't quite get it.
